Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions and adjust plans as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with trust policies. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures. Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the training of junior staff and students. HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist. Relevant degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy. Completion of NHS mandatory training. Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist within the NHS or a similar healthcare setting. Commitment to continuous professional development. Experience in specific areas of occupational therapy practice (e.g., neurological, mental health, paediatrics) is advantageous. Adherence to all trust policies and procedures.
