Main duties of the job
Act as a key worker, supporting patients through complex cancer pathways
Deliver safe, high-quality chemotherapy (SACT) and holistic patient care
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery
Assess, plan, and evaluate care across a dynamic and varied caseload
Communicate sensitive information with professionalism and empathy
Support and drive service development and quality improvement initiatives
Promote best practice in infection control, safety, and patient wellbeing

Your Role:
