Main duties of the job

Join our team as a Bank Care Assistant and help residents live with comfort, dignity, and joy. From daily support to meaningful moments, your kindness can make a real difference. What you will be doing includes providing personal care and support, administering and recording medication, assisting with daily living activities, supporting activities and social engagement, promoting dignity, independence, and well-being, and delivering person-centred care as part of a team. We offer outstanding career development with funded training (up to QCF Level 5), a Refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000, up to £14.80 per hour, Blue Light Card discounts, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. Experience in a care setting is essential. You must be kind, compassionate and great with people.
