Bank Farm Worker

Job DescriptionRoxby Farm Bank assistant will support day to day operations when Full time Vocational is not available, helping ensure animals are healthy and facilities are well maintained. The role is hands on and ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor, physical work and has a practical, flexible approach.A farm bank worker in a care company is responsible for providing daily care to the animals, maintaining clean and safe enclosures, and creating meaningful animal-assisted activities that support residents’ well-being. They ensure all animals are healthy, properly fed, and handled safely, while also engaging residents through gentle interaction, sensory experiences, and farm-themed routines.
