Experteer Overview In this temporary Bank role, you provide specialist biomechanics and MSK podiatry care across community clinics and hospitals. You will lead clinical assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based guidance, while supporting colleagues and staff through education and clinical leadership. You'll influence service development and promote foot function in MSK health. This position offers cross-site collaboration within a large community healthcare network and flexible working across Harrow or Brent. Pay / Benefits
- Guide and educate podiatry staff within the team and across CLCH Podiatry
- Coordinate and motivate admin and clerical staff to support multidisciplinary care
- Review and contribute to guidelines and protocols for biomechanical disorders
- Collaborate across sectors to develop and tailor services based on user feedback
- Participate in forums and MDT activities to improve service delivery
- Provide education and training to health and social care professionals, patients, and colleagues
- Support service development and alignment with user needs across the organisation
- Tasks HCPC registration
- Certificate in local anaesthesia
- Postgraduate education in Biomechanics/MSK (Cert or Diploma to Masters level)
- Experience at band 6 or above with high-risk caseloads
- Experience with multidisciplinary and interagency working
- NHS experience
- Clinical supervision or mentoring experience
