Work flexible shifts, including day, night, and sleep-ins, to create a safe and nurturing environment. Be a positive role model, empowering children to shape their own future. You thrive in a team and are committed to helping children achieve their potential. You understand the importance of safeguarding and delivering exceptional care. A full UK manual driving licence.
