Bank Specialist Nurse - ITU | Spire Nottingham | Tollerton | Bank | Ad-Hoc Shifts Spire Nottingham Hospital is seeking an experienced ITU/Critical Care Nurse to join its bank team, providing flexible support on an ad-hoc basis. This role offers the opportunity to work within a skilled critical care environment, delivering high-quality care to elective surgical patients while maintaining flexibility around shifts. Duties and responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a critical care setting.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for complex patient caseloads.

Use specialist clinical equipment and monitoring technology.

Promote best practice and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Support colleagues and participate in ongoing professional development.

Who we're looking for:

Registered Nurse (NMC) with recent critical care/ITU experience.

Post-registration Critical Care qualification.

Demonstrated critical care competencies.

Current ALS, PILS, or ILS certification.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Commitment to professional development and accountable practice.
