Banking & Real Estate Finance Paralegal

Our client, an established law firm is seeking an experienced career paralegal to support two very busy partners in Real Estate Finance and Commercial Property. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in this area and be looking for a busy and varied role. Duties will include: Assisting with drawing up Completion Statements – Land Registry fees, Companies House fees, Lawyer Checker, CHAPS and BACs, Winding up searches, Indemnities etc. Preparing a basic first draft of Lender’s standard form transaction documents in redline Completing Risk Assessment forms Ensuring AML/KYC has been completed on each file Preparing firm’s standard form client care letters and scope of work Ledger reading – monies in, monies out, monies on account Filing SDLTs Carrying out property searches on Infotrack Promptly carry out Companies House and Land Registry registrations If you are looking to build on your previous experience in a top law firm, please send your cv for immediate consideration
