Banking & Real Estate Finance Solicitor — Transaction Lead

Jobtailor is seeking a solicitor/associate with strong lender-side experience in banking and real estate finance to manage complex funding transactions. The role involves drafting and negotiating documentation, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the Funding Team’s sector presence.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years PQE in banking/finance, with exposure to capital markets and social housing finance being a plus. Billing targets are part of the role.
