Job Title: Banksman / Traffic Marshal (3 Positions)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm

We are looking for 3 experienced Banksmen / Traffic Marshals to join a busy construction site in Brogborough. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely managing vehicle and plant movements, maintaining safe pedestrian routes, and ensuring site traffic operates efficiently in accordance with health and safety procedures.

• Safely direct the movement of site vehicles and plant.
• Marshal deliveries entering and leaving site.
• Ensure pedestrian safety around moving vehicles.
• Use approved hand signals and/or radio communication.
• Maintain traffic management systems and safe access routes.
• Report hazards and unsafe acts to site management.
• Work in line with site health and safety procedures at all times.
