The Balmoral, part of Rocco Forte Hotels, seeks a Banqueting Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen and support the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie across banqueting, afternoon tea, In Room Dining and staff restaurant.

You will handle food preparation, mise-en-place, assist during service, and uphold health and safety standards while learning and growing with a dedicated hospitality team.
