Bar Duty Manager: Lead Busy Shifts & Exceptional Service

SSP UK & Ireland is hiring a Bar Duty Manager at Y Castell, Cardiff Airport. The pay rate starts at £13.75 per hour, with an extra £1.50 per hour for midnight to 6am shifts, bringing the rate to £15.25 per hour.

Hours are 3am to 11pm, with flexible work across weekdays, weekends and holidays. You will lead a team, deliver outstanding service, and help drive performance in busy hospitality settings at SSP’s diverse brands across the UK & Ireland.
