Bar Manager

We're looking for a Bar Manager who genuinely loves leading a team and creating brilliant experiences for guests. You'll run our show bar operation, managing everything from scheduling and budgets to coaching and developing your team. This isn't a desk job, you'll be hands-on, visible, and actively involved in making things happen. What You'll Do Lead your team: Motivate and coach your team to deliver brilliant experiences whilst managing performance and supporting their growth Own guest experiences: Create a welcoming atmosphere, address concerns, and drive service improvements Manage operations: Handle scheduling, budgets, resources, and cellar management efficiently Maintain standards: Keep everything running safely, compliantly, and to company standards Solve problems: Quick thinking to tackle issues as they arise Support development: Mentor your team and create growth opportunities What We're Looking For Experience in roles such as Bar Manager, Venue Manager, or a similar leadership position in Food & Beverage?
