Bar Manager: Lead & Develop a High-Impact Bar Team

Ottolenghi Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead a vibrant bar team in our new Scotland opening. You’ll oversee service quality, train staff, and ensure every guest experiences warmth and consistency from bar to dining room.

Collaborate with chefs and front-of-house colleagues to maintain high standards, manage stock, waste, and GP targets, and develop seasonal beverage menus that delight guests throughout a busy service.
