A well-established maintenance contractor with a growing portfolio of private domestic properties is looking for an experienced Bathroom Fitter / Plumber to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled Plumbing professional looking for a stable, permanent role with fixed working hours and a planned diary, rather than unpredictable reactive work.
The Successful Bathroom Fitter will be:
Carrying out bathroom installations, repairs and maintenance within private domestic properties.
Completing plumbing works associated with bathroom installations and general property maintenance.
Attending properties according to a fixed diary, allowing you to plan your working week.
Working core hours of 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Completing a variety of installation and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard.The successful Bathroom Fitter will have:
A minimum Level 2 Plumbing qualification.
3-4 years' relevant plumbing/bathroom fitting experience.
Experience working within domestic properties.
Good practical knowledge of bathroom installation and maintenance.
Tiling experience would be highly advantageous.
A full, preferably clean, UK driving licence.
The ability to successfully pass a DBS check.
Be based in Watford or within a realistic commuting distance.The Benefits:
£30,000-£40,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
8:00am-4:30pm core working hours.
A varied role covering both installation and maintenance.
