Work where it matters most, achieve what matters more

Be part of a team where passion meets purpose, as we work together where the challenge is greatest to change the lives and build the futures of children and young people.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Lead to make a real difference in the lives of young people and join a committed team within a supportive, values-driven academy.

Join a passionate team working where the challenge is greatest to support young people with emotional and behavioural needs, helping to shape brighter futures and safer school experiences.

Working closely with staff, students and families, you will lead on the development and implementation of effective behaviour support strategies, reduce barriers to learning, and help students feel understood, valued, and supported throughout their educational journey.

About our Academy

Located in Westminster Ormiston Beachcroft Academy provides a caring environment based on integrity, mutual respect, and understanding. It seeks to reignite passion in education and aspiration. Each learner is treated as an individual and is supported to develop within an environment that develops a love of learning and the ability to create social and emotional skills fit for the world outside of education.

The main provision at Beachcroft is for secondary learners, but we have primary provision on site, along with a managed intervention centre and outreach service. Our learners are at risk of or have been excluded from mainstream settings. We believe that success for our young people comes because of our specialist approach; we are interested in activities that develop all young people’s capabilities; their potential for employability; their ability to have successful healthy relationships; their ability to make safe life choices, enhancing their quality of life and the realisation of their aspirations.
