Simply Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor in Bromley Common to join a specialist SEMH school supporting young people who may have experienced exclusion from mainstream education or who are at risk of exclusion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about behaviour support, pastoral care, safeguarding and helping vulnerable young people re-engage with education. The Role As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with secondary-aged pupils who may present with challenging behaviour, SEMH needs, emotional regulation difficulties and barriers to learning. You will build positive relationships with pupils, provide consistent boundaries and act as a trusted adult and positive role model.
