We're looking for someone who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has experience supporting pupils with behavioural or additional learning needs. Remains calm under pressure. Builds trust quickly. Holds an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
