The Role - Behaviour Teaching Assistant
A PRU in Lewisham is seeking a confident and resilient Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support pupils who have experienced difficulties within mainstream education.
You will work as part of a small and supportive team, helping pupils re-engage with learning while providing consistent boundaries and encouragement throughout the school day. The position will involve working with individuals and small groups, supporting classroom activities and helping pupils develop the social and behavioural skills needed to make progress.
This is a role where your ability to remain calm under pressure is essential. You will need to establish clear boundaries while developing positive relationships with pupils and encouraging them to make better choices.
The School - Behaviour Teaching Assistant
