- The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner for our client based in the Halifax area.

The candidate must have experience in working with woodworking machinery and power tools.

This role is a permanent position and suits a Bench Hand Joiner that is looking for something long-term.

You will be responsible for manufacturing bespoke display units and components, working from technical drawings and specifications.

Day-to-day tasks include measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing joinery work, using both hand tools and power tools to achieve high quality results.

The role involves collaborating with the design and production teams to meet project deadlines, maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment, and performing quality checks on finished products.Bench Hand Joiner Responsibilities- To manufacture joinery work on secured works orders.- Ensure that all the work is performed in accordance with the requirements of health and safety and other relevant legislation company guidelines.- Use of power tools and woodworking machinery.- Completion of projects to company deadlines.Bench Hand Joiner
- Requirements- Must have experience in a joinery workshop environment.- Must be able to understand and read drawings.- The candidate ideally will have experience using woodworking machinery and power tools.- Must be able to understand production schedules.- Must have an understanding of raw materials including properties and applications.- Ideally must have qualifications within joinery. xwzovoh Please note all applications will be handled confidentially.INDAB
