An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Bench Joiner to join H&S Joinery based in Blackburn.The main purpose of the role is to carry out specific joinery works and to ensure that all works are commenced with the upmost regards towards quality, safety and productivity.Benefits:Pay rate dependent on experience and qualifications ? / 22 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays / Pension Scheme / Training & Development / Free Well-being Initiatives such as occupational health, employee assistance programme.Hours of work will be : 7.45am 4.00pm

- Monday to Thursday and 7.45am to 3.15pm
- Friday.What youll do: ?Bespoke joinery projects, window frames, doors, staircase, bar and countersTo undertake all works required of them by H&S JoineryTo liaise with management in order to ensure the works are in line with the programme of works and as per instructionsTo liaise with their line manager in order to ensure of a continuous flow of worksTo ensure the health and safety of themselves and othersHave you got what it takes: ?5+ years on the job experienceNVQ Carpentry and Joinery level 2 3 or equivalentCity and Guilds Advanced Craft CertificateDetailed xwzovoh knowledge of carpentry and joinery worksDetailed knowledge of wood working machinery and hand toolsDetailed knowledge of safetyAble to produce quality work within reasonable deadlinesSelf-motivates and seeks improvement in self and others to achieve and surpass targets/goalsOperates within company standards and policies; considers consequences/outcomes when making decisions?
