Benefits & Pensions Consultant - London

Benefits & Pensions Consultant with experience of UK DC pension regulation and working with third-party providers is required by a global Civil Engineering company. The role can be based out of London or Epsom.

Join a leading global organisation and play a key role in delivering pensions and benefits programmes across the UK & Europe. You'll support the management of pension schemes, benefits administration, provider relationships and employee wellbeing initiatives, while gaining exposure to wider Total Rewards projects.

Experience required:

* Excellent understanding of Defined Contribution pensions & benefits, including auto-enrolment, retirement options and governance requirements. * UK DC pension regulation and working with third-party providers* Experience within pensions, benefits, HR or a related field. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience with benefits platforms would be advantageous but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
