Benefits & Pensions Consultant - London Benefits & Pensions Consultant with experience of UK DC pension regulation and working with third-party providers is required by a global Civil Engineering company. Join a leading global organisation and play a key role in delivering pensions and benefits programmes across the UK & Europe. You'll support the management of pension schemes, benefits administration, provider relationships and employee wellbeing initiatives, while gaining exposure to wider Total Rewards projects. Excellent understanding of Defined Contribution pensions & benefits, including auto-enrolment, retirement options and governance requirements. * UK DC pension regulation and working with third-party providers * Experience within pensions, benefits, HR or a related field. * Support the governance and administration of UK & Ireland defined contribution pension arrangements. * Manage pension-related activity, provider relationships and benefits platform administration. * Support wider UK & Europe benefits programmes, including health, protection and wellbeing initiatives. * Help deliver employee communications, financial wellbeing campaigns and educational events.
