Benefits Special Projects Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity in a new area within Advisory Services within our Health and Benefits line of business. The Special Project function was developed to support clients beyond the pillars of Medical, Risk and flexible benefits. This would be a key development role in the expansion of Health & Benefits and due to the varied nature would suit someone adaptable with strong interpersonal skills with previous experience in Employee Benefits/Flexible benefits. The type and style of project will vary, and the support you can bring to the project can be tailored to your skill set.

The Role

• Plan and deliver assigned projects activities, managing deadlines, priorities and quality standards, with guidance where appropriate.
• Perform Data analysis in Excel using formulas and Macros and AI to support project delivery and contribute to client solutions
• Gather and document client requirements, ensuring accuracy and clarity to support effective delivery
• Identify cross sell opportunities and refer them to the relevant WTW teams
• Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to support successful project outcomes
• Collaborate across Health & Benefits (H&B) and the wider business (including M&A, Retirement and Communications) to deliver integrated delivery
