BI and Data Engineer

BI & Data Engineer – Fareham, Hampshire 🏠 Hybrid – 2 days home working per week We’re working with an established organisation based in Whiteley who are looking for a BI & Data Engineer to join their internal IT team. This is a hands-on role sitting between data, technology and business operations, with the opportunity to improve reporting, automate processes and build reliable data solutions. 🔹 The Role: * Develop Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models * Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines * Develop SQL / T-SQL solutions * Work with Azure SQL, Synapse and Microsoft Fabric * Improve data quality, governance and reporting * Support EDI, integrations and automation * Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions * Support data warehouse, database and reporting environments 🔹 What We're Looking For: * Strong SQL / T-SQL * Proven Power BI development experience * Experience with ETL/ELT or data pipelines * Strong understanding of data modelling * Experience with CI/CD * Excellent stakeholder communication and requirements-gathering skills ⭐ Desirable: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Logic Apps, Dynamics 365 F&O, EDI, Azure DevOps, Power Automate/Power Apps and data governance. 🔹 What's on Offer: 🏠 Hybrid working – 2 days from home ⏰ Flexible working hours 🏥 Health cash plan ❤️ Group Life Insurance 🚲 Cycle-to-work scheme 📩 Interested?
