Bid Manager — Public Sector Tender Lead

Irwin M&E Limited is seeking a proactive Bid Manager based in our Belfast office with occasional travel to Portadown. You will manage the full bid cycle, craft compelling bid content for mechanical, electrical, energy and renewables projects, and collaborate with SMEs to ensure compliant, timely submissions.

Ideal candidates will have strong bid writing experience, public sector bid management experience, and excellent time management and communication skills.
