Bid Strategy & Pre-Construction Lead

Clark Contracts Ltd in Scotland is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead tender opportunities across our Refurbishment Division. You will drive strategies, develop compelling bid submissions and engage clients to win work.

Working with Estimating, Commercial, Design and Bid Proposals teams, you will coordinate tender deliverables, manage programs and ensure high-quality, compliant submissions that reflect our capabilities and delivery approach.
