Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to deliver high quality bid proposals and tender solutions.
• Take responsibility for some of the largest quotes and ensure timely delivery.
• Guide, develop and motivate direct reports and wider team to deliver exceptional work in a constructive and enjoyable environment.
• Build efficient pipelines, manage dependencies and support implementation of high quality solutions.
• Develop and implement post‑launch strategy for projects.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional services role.
• Expert knowledge of growing accounts at C‑level and passion for sales growth.
• Strategic thinker with ability to implement and adjust strategies.
• Experience successfully running large scale projects through full life cycle.
• Strong ability to build and manage efficient pipelines and unblock dependencies.
