Block Paver

We are looking for 2 experienced Block Pavers to join a construction team on a project in Wembley, starting this Friday. General Duties Laying concrete blocks, paving blocks and other masonry materials to specification. Setting out work areas and ensuring accurate levels, lines and measurements. Preparing surfaces and mortar/bedding materials as required. Cutting and fitting blocks neatly around edges, corners and other features. Reading and working from drawings, plans and site instructions. Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and ensuring finished work is clean and properly aligned. Working safely and keeping the work area tidy and organised. Working alongside other trades and site personnel to keep the project progressing efficiently. Following all relevant site health & safety requirements. Requirements Previous experience as a Block Layer / Block Paver. Good understanding of construction methods, levels and setting out.
