We are seeking an experienced and proactive Leasehold Block Property Manager to join a growing and successful property management team covering South London (mainly from Croydon to Caterham)
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, freeholders, leaseholders, and contractors. You'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring all properties are managed efficiently, professionally, and in full compliance with current legislation.
📋The Role
As a Leasehold Block Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments
Conducting regular property inspections and producing detailed reports
Coordinating maintenance programmes and overseeing repair works
Managing service charge budgets and client accounts
Arranging and administering building, Directors' and Officers' insurance policies
Organising and attending AGMs, EGMs, Directors' meetings and Residents' meetings
Managing all property-related correspondence and administration
Monitoring lease compliance and addressing breaches where necessary
Building and maintaining strong relationships with leaseholders, freeholders and clients
Liaising with contractors and monitoring service delivery standards
Managing lease assignments and supporting property sales processes
Investigating, handling and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner🫵🏽About You
We're looking for a confident and organised property professional who can build strong relationships whilst effectively managing a busy portfolio.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience within Block or Leasehold Property Management
Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and property management best practice
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing budgets and service charge accounts
The ability to prioritise workload and work independently
Strong administrative and organisational skills
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across your portfolio
