BMS Commissioning Engineer

I'm recruiting for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to support a major project in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for a commissioning engineer with a strong background in delivering BMS projects from pre-commissioning through to final handover

The Role

• Commission, test, and optimise Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure they operate efficiently and meet project specifications.
• Produce commissioning documentation, reports, and support final client demonstrations and handover.
• Diagnose and resolve commissioning issues, making software and control strategy adjustments where required.
• Carry out point-to-point testing, functional testing, and system validation across HVAC plant and associated controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience commissioning Building Management Systems
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, control strategies, and BMS principles
• Experience working with one or more major BMS platforms
• Proven track record of delivering commissioning projects on commercial or industrial sites
