BMS Commissioning Engineer

BMS Commissioning Engineer Salary - £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, Company car or car allowance, Mobile phone and laptop, Pension scheme + more Location: London & Home Counties My client is seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to join their growing team, working across commissioning projects and SLA maintenance contracts. This role has a strong focus on Trend BMS systems, with exposure to Tridium Niagara, delivering reliable, efficient building control solutions across commercial sites. The Role Commission and set HVAC plant to work under BMS control. Write, modify and fault-find BMS software control strategies. Work with Trend 963, IQVision, SET and IQ controllers. Carry out planned and reactive SLA maintenance. Diagnose and resolve BMS and controls faults on live systems. Support system optimisation and energy-saving strategies. Produce clear commissioning, service and handover documentation. Work independently or as part of a team, with some mentoring of junior engineers. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a BMS Engineer. Strong knowledge of Trend BMS (963, IQVision, SET). Understanding of HVAC systems and control sequences. Working knowledge or interest in Tridium Niagara (N4). Good IT and communication skills. Customer-focused and well organised.
