Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced BMS Control Panel Supervisor / Senior Panel Wirer to join their engineering team based in Tunbridge Wells. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical assembly professional with strong panel wiring skills and leadership experience to play a key role in the production, testing, and quality control of BMS control panels. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the assembly, wiring, testing, and inspection of control panels while supporting and supervising a team of technicians within a busy workshop environment.
