JRS Associates have partnered up with a growing and expanding specialist manufacturer in Tewkesbury to recruit a Bonding Operator / Production Operative to join their night-shift production team. This is a brilliant opportunity to secure a permanent position with full training provided, learning a specialist manufacturing process within a well-established production environment. The Successful Bonding Operator – Package: * £34,476 per annum including shift pay * Permanent Night Shift, Monday–Thursday: 9:00pm – 6:30am & Friday: 9:00pm – 1:00am * Permanent position * Full training provided * Long-term job security * Opportunity to join a growing and expanding business * Opportunity to learn and develop within a specialist manufacturing environment The Successful Bonding Operator – Requirements: * Previous experience working within a production, manufacturing, assembly or factory environment * Experience as a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Machine Operator, Assembly Operative or similar would be ideal * Previous bonding or PCB experience is not essential – full training will be provided * Comfortable following detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures * Good attention to detail and a strong focus on product quality * Able to carry out visual quality checks and identify defects * Comfortable operating production equipment following training * Able to handle materials carefully and accurately throughout the manufacturing process * Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a production team * Willing and able to work the permanent night-shift pattern * Experience within electronics, PCB manufacturing, composites, laminating, pressing or precision manufacturing would be advantageous but is not essential Apply now!
