Bookings Services Co-ordinator Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) Location: Stallingborough (On-site) Department: Export Groupage Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (09:00 - 17:00), Friday (08:30 - 17:00) Reporting To: Export Groupage Team Leader & Customs, Export & Import Manager Supervisory Responsibility: None About Our Client Our client is a highly established logistics provider seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookings / Customer Services Co-ordinator to join their busy Export Groupage team in Stallingborough. Position Purpose As the first point of contact between our client's customers and their internal operations team, you will secure transport bookings, update proprietary software, and track shipments to ensure on-time collection and export. Core Responsibilities Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, handling enquiries and maintaining strong professional relationships. Booking Management: Create, log, and update freight bookings within our client's internal software tracking systems. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work actively with colleagues across various departments, UK hubs, and international offices to coordinate smooth freight movements.
