Brake Press Operator Interpret technical drawings and manufacture components to specification Carry out self-inspection to ensure quality standards are met Maintain excellent housekeeping and health & safety standards Work as part of a team to achieve production targets Requirements: Proven experience working as a
Brake Press Operator Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and quality control Experience working with stainless and mild steel Reliable and team-oriented approach Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week (permanent role) Rotating weekly shifts:
Early: 5:45am
1:45pm Late: 2:15pm
10:15pm
Monday to Friday Paid 30-minute break each day Important: Candidates must be able to travel to Dorking, as public transport does not support these shift times Benefits: Profit Related Bonus Scheme (approx. 5% of basic salary) 25 days holiday bank holidays Personal Pension Scheme
3.5% employee / 5.5% employer 5% employee / 7.5% employer
