Position Overview
We are looking for an organised and proactive Branch Administrator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the branch by providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and assisting both staff and customers when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing delivery lines accurately and in a timely manner.
- Answering the telephone and directing calls.
- Daily banking duties.
- Support branch staff with administrative tasks such as filing order/delivery paperwork, data entry and report generation.
- Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.
- Provide backup for other administrative functions as needed.
- Any other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the branch.

Work Hours: This full-time role entails 39 hours per week. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 4pm. We can also consider part-time hours via job share, shorter working days or fewer days each week.
