Branch Director - Oceanair

Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team
• Drive sales growth and build strong relationships with trade customers
• Manage stock levels, deliveries, and branch merchandisingOversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
• Take responsibility for branch profitability and performance targets

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong leadership and people‑management skills
• Experience in the plumbing, heating, or merchant sector
• Commercial awareness and confidence in driving sales
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive, organised, and results‑driven approach
