Branch Leader for Growth & Customer Experience

Yorkshire Building Society in Greenock seeks a Branch Manager to lead the Greenock branch, delivering exceptional customer experiences and motivating a team of Customer Consultants. You will drive service quality, coaching, and development while ensuring compliance with risk, health, safety and security standards.

You will also work with the Area Manager and Head Office to align with strategic goals, while growing the branch presence within the local community and delivering the retail strategy.
