Work closely with our Regional Branch Director to transform our Bristol operation into 2026 and beyond. This opportunity will support you to be at the forefront of business development, combining hands-on leadership with commercial responsibility. What You'll Be Doing Lead from the front to grow sales, increase market share and deliver branch profit targets Take ownership of branch performance through effective P&L management Build strong, lasting relationships with your people, customers, suppliers and key stakeholders Oversee day-to-day operations including stock management, logistics and customer service Coach and develop your team to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional customer experiences Market your branch locally to attract new business and enhance brand reputation What You'll Bring Experience in a sales-led management or branch leadership role, ideally within B2B, distribution, wholesale or trade environments Energetic and engaging leadership style with passion for developing people and business performance Ideally commercial expertise managing budgets, controlling costs and delivering profitable growth Ability to remain resilient and focused under pressure while making sound commercial decisions Proven track record of coaching and motivating teams through challenge and change Operational expertise across stock management, logistics and customer service Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hands-on approach Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous) and Microsoft Office applications Why Join Us?
