About the role The Branch Manager will be responsible for all operations and staff management at one of our automotive tyre centres. This will involve (But not limited to): Ensuring branch budget is achieved Line management of reporting staff Dealing with customer enquires in person, over the phone and online Ensuring branch targets are communicated and achieved Monitoring and managing stock levels Hands-on workshop role if and when required Interview, induct and engage all new staff Working hours: MonFri: 08:00 18:00 Sat: 08:30 17:00 One weekday off (3 weeks out of 4) One full Saturday off every fourth week No Sundays Essential Skills The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: A proven track-record in a fast-fit tyre centre environment Strong knowledge of tyres and routine mechanical work The ability to work closely with the branch team and lead by example Strong people management skills Clear and effective communication skills The energy to thrive and motivate in a target-driven environment Maintain high standards of customer service across the branch Ensuring compliance with Company polices and procedures Must have full UK driving licence.
