Branch Support Administrator Crewe (CW1 3LY) £26,500 – £28,000 + 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays!) excellent benefits + free parking Your mission As a Branch Support Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy branch. You’ll provide administrative support, helping our managers and workforce deliver an excellent service to our clients. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, enjoys solving problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll be doing Keeping everything in sync * Coordinate workers, payroll, accommodation and travel arrangements. * Chase timesheets, purchase orders, shift information and key documentation. * Support workforce planning and maintain accurate schedules. * Complete worker onboarding, including Right to Work checks, references, compliance documentation and system setup. * Respond to day-to-day queries. Ensuring compliance excellence * Maintain accurate worker records and compliance documentation. * Monitor training, medicals, competencies and expiry dates. * Book training courses * Support Sentinel administration and compliance processes. * Prepare reports and ensure records remain accurate. Owning the detail Maintain internal databases including training, PPE, calibration and compliance records. * Update systems with accurate worker and assignment information. * Raise, process and check purchase orders. * Resolve payroll, expenses and invoice queries. * Upload and maintain worker documentation. * Use Excel and internal systems to manage data and reports. Supporting team success * Provide administrative and operational support across the branch. * Support consultants, managers and the wider operations team. Carry out additional administrative duties as required to support a growing branch. What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who: * Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail. * Can prioritise and manage multiple tasks. * Has strong communication and administration skills. * Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * Works well both independently and as part of a team. * Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment. * Takes ownership of their work and has a proactive approach to problem solving. Previous administration experience is essential. Experience within recruitment, rail, construction or compliance is desirable but not essential.
