Job Description
Lead Go Ape’s brand marketing function across national and local activity, overseeing campaign planning, content, PR, and paid acquisition. You will be the senior custodian of the brand, ensuring it remains distinctive and commercially effective while influencing product propositions to grow audience relevance and lifetime value across every customer touchpoint.

What You Will Do
- Direct the national and local marketing strategy, balancing always-on activity with peak trading moments to ensure the brand remains culturally relevant year-round.
- Build a powerful in-house content engine across social, influencer, and earned media to translate physical adventures into shareable, high-impact customer narratives.
- Collaborate with the Executive team to influence product and proposition design, ensuring operational delivery remains tightly aligned with the brand promise and customer expectations.
The ideal candidate
- Proven senior brand leadership experience in a consumer-facing sector such as leisure, hospitality, or travel, with a track record of driving demand through creative excellence.
- Deep expertise in connecting organic content, PR, and social strategies with paid acquisition to build a cohesive, commercially grounded marketing ecosystem.
- Highly collaborative leader who can navigate multi-site operational complexities and challenge the status quo to maintain brand standards across diverse geographic locations.
