BRC & ISO Compliance Manager Wolverhampton £38,000 - £40,000 per annum 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch) Full-Time We are seeking an experienced BRC & ISO Compliance Manager to oversee quality, compliance and accreditation across our manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities Maintain BRCGS, ISO and FSC certifications Manage quality systems, policies and procedures Lead internal and external audits Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions Conduct compliance risk assessments Deliver compliance training and promote a quality-focused culture Work closely with Production, Operations and HR teams Monitor compliance KPIs and report to senior management About You Previous experience in a Compliance or Quality Management role within manufacturing or production Strong knowledge of BRCGS and ISO standards Lead Auditor qualification desirable Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and IT skills What's on Offer? ✨ Competitive salary of £38,000 - £40,000 ✨ Permanent, full-time position ✨ Opportunity to take ownership of compliance and quality systems ✨ Supportive and growing business environment If you have experience managing BRCGS and ISO standards and are looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you.
