Breakfast Chef (Temporary) — Four-Star Morning Dining

La Mon Hotel & Country Club in Northern Ireland is seeking a temporary Breakfast Chef to join our expanding kitchen team. The role focuses on preparing and presenting breakfast to a four-star standard while upholding health, safety and hygiene practices.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef and management, contributing to high-quality service for conferences, events and daily breakfasts.
