Bridging Finance Solicitor | Hybrid in Central London

Law Staff Legal Recruitment Ltd is assisting a Central London client to recruit a Bridging Finance Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join the property team on a hybrid after probation.

You will manage a caseload of commercial property transactions, draft and review loan documents, review titles and searches, and liaise with underwriters to satisfy pre-loan conditions, while advising clients and lenders on risks.
