Building Maintenance Supervisor

Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Buidling Maintenance Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. Role Responsibilities: * Lead and support a team of 8 engineers across 3 sites, ensuring effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance * Carry out hands-on mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled maintenance tasks * Allocate work, provide technical guidance, and support team development * Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements * Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders Required Qualifications: * Relevant qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical or electrical discipline) * Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory or lead role * Strong understanding of building services and compliance requirements What we're looking for: * A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance supervision and technical work * Experience working across multiple sites or in a similar environment * Strong communication and organisational skills * A focus on safety, quality, and service delivery If you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Building Maintenance Supervisor role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now
