Salary £23,200

(14 hours per week over two days, 0900 1700)

Playing a key role in the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for all aspects to maintain the Associations portfolio of properties to the highest possible standards within the Associations policies and resources, and to provide an efficient and responsive service to tenants.

Your duties will include overseeing an approved list of contractors to ensure performance is appropriate, managing the day to day repairs, major repairs and planned maintenance budgets, managing the annual inspection of the Associations properties, develop and manage the planned maintenance programme, identify and project manage and programme all major repairs and stock reinvestment programmes.
