Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Building Safety Team Leader on behalf of our client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing consultancy, leading a team of Building Safety Consultants while providing specialist building safety advice and ensuring clients remain compliant with current legislation. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality Building Safety Case Reports, mentoring a technical team, carrying out complex site inspections and providing expert guidance to clients across the UK and internationally.

Main Purpose of the Role

Working within your level of competence, you will lead a team of Building Safety Consultants responsible for delivering Building Safety Case Reports and associated consultancy services. You will undertake complex site inspections, review risk assessments, oversee the quality and accuracy of Building Safety Case Reports, provide technical leadership and support clients in meeting their obligations under the Building Safety Act 2022. This is a hybrid role combining home, office and site-based working, with regular travel throughout the UK and worldwide.
