Building Services Engineer

Multi-Skilled Electrician Location: Central London & Surrounding Areas (Mobile Role) Salary: £45,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card Contract: Permanent, Full-Time The Opportunity An expanding building services company is seeking a Multi-Skilled Electrician to join its growing team across Central London. The role involves a mixture of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, electrical installations, and general building services work across commercial and residential properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance. Complete electrical installations, repairs, testing, and fault finding. Work on: Lighting systems Alarm systems High and low voltage systems Rewiring projects AHUs and FCUs Power installations EICR testing Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently. Undertake light plumbing and general building maintenance tasks. Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service. Participate in a call-out rota. Complete reports and maintain compliance with Health & Safety procedures.Essential Requirements Level 2 or Level 3 Electrical Qualification. 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Completed Electrical Apprenticeship. Experience in both PPM and reactive electrical maintenance. Ability to undertake basic plumbing and/or AC maintenance tasks. Full UK Driving Licence. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.Desirable Requirements Mechanical/HVAC knowledge. Air Conditioning and F-Gas experience.Package & Benefits £45,000 basic salary.
